Our wire stitched archive boxes are made from double sided Kraft Lined ACID FREE board and stitched with a specialist non-rusting brass wire.

Archive Boxes constructed in this manner are particularly suitable for the long term storage of large heavy items such as textiles, costumes, glass plate negatives, geological samples or a variety of museum objects, as well as books and important documents.

The corners are held together by metal wires rather than by glue, this greatly increases the longevity of the box, and results in the excellent long term protection of its contents.

These sturdy and long lasting boxes are used frequently in the archiving industry including the Government departments, local councils solicitors and accountants as storage or transit boxes.
