During the early part of 2009 the opportunity arose for Arkote Ltd to acquire the stitched box division of the Joseph Pickering box making business.

Both organisations have a long standing reputation (over 100 years) in the production of high quality products, fully supported by a prompt and reliable fulfillment and delivery service.

The stitched box production capability has since been relocated to the new Arkote facility in Sheffield, South Yorkshire and is now fully operational and open for business, to serve all customers, old and new.

Arkote Ltd is part of Fi-Tech Inc, a family run business, owned by the Bassett family, located in Richmond Virginia , USA.

The Fi-Tech group has numerous subsidiaries including Adamantine Precision Tools Ltd.
